Which is basically the ability to continue service even your office is down or unreachable. Phones can be moved to almost any location in the world and still work. Especially if the VPN option if setup and configure on the phones. High Availability (HA) failover to HOT Standby PBX’s.
In addition to the BCP and DRP the PBX itself has a redundant hot spare available at all times. If a PBX or server fails the spare redundant server will take over automatically and continue service. To date we have any ongoing up time of 100% for all of our Cloud PBX’s since 2007.
